“Charging station has no number on it so if you call customer service you’ll have to give the actual mailing address of this station. You’ll also have to inform them there are 2 stations, not one. App wouldn’t process multiple forms of payment (apple pay, credit card) and the terminal wouldn’t accept/acknowledge any credit card, but charger was locked into car and wouldn’t release even after customer service rep reset charging station. That still didn’t unlock the charger. He told me I needed to contact my car’s manufacturer bc his troubleshooting was out of options. I hung up and waited for about 10 minutes and it finally released. Never got a charge since they refused payment. Good luck.” — Jenny Roe, 5 months ago
