“This evening, I was refused a return for an item—a drinking mug—that wasn't right for me. I asked for a refund of the money or points to the mobile card I had used for the purchase, but I was told I had to go to my home state to handle it. I am going to sue them for their insolent treatment of customers. The manager initially claimed she needed a paper receipt for the return; I explained that I had paid using points from my mobile card and showed her the receipt on my phone, only to be essentially dismissed and humiliated in front of a large crowd.
