“One is too high for the rating at this charging station. This is one of the busiest mall on the west coast, and they only have four charges. One of which is out of service. When calling customer service and waiting 20 minutes on hold, the agent acknowledged that they are waiting for parts for this unit. I tried charger 1 and it charged at 14 kWh, the second unit did not connect. And the third one took 5 tries to connect. “Good location when the machines are working. Currently 2 out of 4 aren’t working. A pro tip. If you arrive and a spot is empty but the app says “in use” just call customer service.
