What drivers have written

“Enter through 11th street to get access, or immediately go around through the rental car area (not up) if entering at 10th. If you go up, they are inaccessible without exiting and re-entering. Chargers are overall not in a great spot - they’re immediately after entering so non-EVs have parked here before. Also, slanted stalls can create more complications than usual when a mix of EVs with a mix of port locations start parking, and with being at the entrance you can block other cars entering for a bit while you try to get into the spot. Would be great if they moved them up a few levels so that a.) they are accessible without exit/enter if you miss them and b.) they’re a bit easier to find, park, and plug into. Would facilitate moving after charging a bit as well. I do acknowledge the immediate skyway access is great for the location but you could put them one or two levels up easily, there’s elevators and stairs. Slow chargers that I believe share if both are plugged in, but that’s fine if you’re the typical business employee who’s here for an 8 hour day. As far as I know all chargers work (as of 1/1/2024) even though two are labeled as offline. Need a ChargePoint account and card or app to activate. Flat $0.80/hr (on top of whatever you pay for the ramp), which works out to about $0.14/kWh - average rate for downtown. Above ^ means that during the work week, they’re typically full as the ramp itself is busiest at this time. Nights and weekends can be more available. Overall - they’re chargers. They work consistently but slowly. They could be moved but don’t absolutely have to be. Oh, also, one is labeled for handicap/ADA parking… which isn’t something I’ve seen before? All for accessibility at chargers, however it does sorta reduce count of available by 1. I think technically you’d get fined or ticketed if you park there without the hanger, even if you’re charging.” — Zachary Tverberg, 2 years ago

“Zach’s right, these chargers are in a dumb location within the ramp. And there’s no signage directing you how to get to them.” — Mike Lieber, 2 years ago

“all chargers out of service” — Logan Sanow, 9 months ago
