“I HIGHLY RECOMMEND AVOIDING THIS CHARGER. I hate to even give this 1 star, it deserves a NEGATIVE five. It damaged my car. The handle that plugs into the car has some plastic broken off the end. I had seen a model 3 there for three days in a row, so I thought it must work. I plugged it into my model S and it started charging. After less than a minute is stopped. Then it would not start again. I unplugged and then tried again. Never worked again, then I tried to use the generic charger next to it. It would not work either. I drove to Panama City to a super charger and discovered that it would not charge my car either. I keep getting a message that the charger is not fully inserted, even though it was in as far is it would go. I looked into the charging port and discovered that one of the small pins was missing. Obviously broken off by the damaged charger. I was now stranded with no way to charge my car anywhere. Tesla road service came and picked up the car the next day and took it to a service center 70 miles away in Pensacola. Then I find out that they have to order a new charging port and my car will be in the shop for a week. I am 350 miles away from home with no car.
