“This station's new upgrade is actually a DOWNGRADE. I arrived before 7AM when there weren't many cars around, yet the station still decided to cap my charge (see pictures for proof). 2 out of the 6 stations were out of service. Because of how "helpful" EA Customer Service has been in the past when I mentioned these issues, I decided to take photos this time to provide proof. This isn't the first time this has happened, either. On another occasion, my battery was below 30% and I had only been charging for a minute when the station limited my charge to 0 miles per hour, forcing me to leave. I emailed EA Customer Service, and all they told me was that my car had sent the signal to end the charge, not the station. Their reasoning was that they saw other people successfully charging to 100%. However, I have charged at EVgo a few times now, and this has never happened there. Plus, EVgo's cords are way easier to maneuver and their stations charge faster than EA's. “Finally found this place when i was almost running on fumes, and it worked perfectly on the first try. Got my car from 10 to 80 percent in about 25 minutes thats way faster than I expected. “Do NOT come here! There were seven cars in the queue. Two chargers were broken and they're all slower 150kW charging speed. I'm writing this review at the station on a Saturday night. If it weren't for my super low battery, I would have gone to another station. Edit: I waited 40min and when I finished charging ~8pm, there was only one car in the queue so you can get lucky 🤷‍♀️ ....but then again, I see one day later only TWO of the six chargers working 🫠 Good luck to everyone stuck here charging around this winter holiday season.
