“During our road trip, we planned our charging stop at this Tesla Supercharger, only to discover that it is restricted to Marriott hotel guests. This is extremely disappointing. Tesla is known for its reliable charging network, but limiting access at a large station like this defeats the purpose of having a dependable infrastructure. If we had arrived with very low battery, we could have been left stranded. Tesla should ensure that all Supercharger locations are either publicly accessible or very clearly labeled in advance.
