“Update - it's now been 4 months since I've been using this charging station. There's only two that are 30 miles apart that I can use with my chademo port. Once again I pull up to the station that only has four chargers. And someone with a CCs is using the single one that I can use. Here I am three days later waiting to use the same charging station. That says it's been free the last half hour that I was checking it. And now I have to wait to use the only chademo because someone with the CCS who can use the other two chargers is using that one. Once again why can you not educate your customers? Why can't you leave just the chademo port. My time is valuable to me. I'm going to keep leaving these one-star reviews and documenting every single time this happens. Let's see how long it takes for someone from your corporation to do something about this or to respond to me. I've already been trying to get this worked out for 3 months now. I've already been waiting for this charger to free up for over a half an hour. Now I have to wait longer. I don't know when this person will be done. I've asked you to educate your customers and using ports that have CCS first. Or taking that particular Port out so it's only a chademo. As a courtesy to us customers who have a harder time finding that charging port. There's no cue where I can sign up where it's lets me know when it's available and I can scooch on in there into the parking spot.
