“I regularly use the REMC public electric charger, and the recent upgrade has been a noticeable improvement. After they swapped out the charger, I’m now getting 9.5kW instead of the 6kW I used to get with the old one. When power is shared I get 8.5kW. The faster charging speed will make a big difference, especially during busier days when I need a quick top-up. One issue so far is the ChargePoint NFC reader. I’ve had to start the session through the app, which is functional but less convenient than tapping to start. Despite this minor inconvenience, the upgraded charger has been a solid improvement, and I appreciate the enhanced performance.
