“I used this charger 2 times this week. No issues with the charger itself per se, but I thought it was broken because I kept getting a timeout fault with the app. It turns out the CCS plugs were not put back in the proper slot. So when I used the app to activate it was activating the opposite one. I called Applegreen to see if it was broken. They rebooted it but I was still getting the error. Then I thought it my car was the issue. I got a little nervous because I thought I may need to call a tow truck. However, with a little help from another driver we figured out the issue. Maybe a label on the the plug itself would have helped out with the confusion. Overall though its a great location for the travel I do between Connecticut and Philadelphia. It being located at a rest stop great. I appreciate not having to get off the highway to an obscure back corner of a parking lot in some random town to charge. The charger itself worked fine (once I got through my initial issue). The James Gandolfini rest stop is accessed by both North and Southbound traffic. There is a well painted crosswalk to the rest stop entrance. The charge station is located near the gas pumps on the South bound side of the parking lot.” — Aaron Couture, a month ago
