“Four charger stations with two chargers on each. They're located on the side opposite pickup and pharmacy. Two stations are 350 two stations are 150. I hooked up to the 150 at first and it was only putting out 30 kilowatts. Moved over to a 350 when it opened up and was charged in 30 minutes like normal. They could use a trash can nearby for those on road trips. There's a Sonic drive-in and a Taco Casa and a Starbucks across the street. Good location just far enough from Wichita, DFW or Joplin. “Every time I come here. I have to try one or two or three different chargers to complete the charge on my vehicle and sometimes I can’t even do that I have had my vehicle inspected at the dealership and it is fine I can go to any other charging station in Oklahoma City all the way down to Ardmore or Stillwater Oklahoma and it charges Fine but when I come to this facility, sometimes I can get 10% 15% sometimes it’s only 2% before the chargers shut down and fell or kick me off, and I have to start the charging process over or move to another machine Furthermore, when you pay for the higher or rapid charging rate in the machine, machines do work they charge at half of their capacity and yet you are still being charged the full rate I have called and emailed multiple times about the issues at this location and never receive a response As I go through this at times other patrons also report the same issues Although the facility is clean and easy to access, it is very unreliable” — Ricky Neher, 3 months ago
“Originally gave this 3 stars, but it is now one star. 3 out of 4 spots are out of service, with 2/4 being out of service for more than a month. Original Review: location is very poorly maintained. One of the 350kw stations has been out of service for months, and the second 350kw spot is giving me a massive 63kw charge with my battery at 25%. Get charged DC fast charge prices, but it doesn't charge anywhere close to it. I have tried this location multiple times, and it is always like this. Very disappointing. As an fyi, I normally get faster charge speeds when using the 150kwH plugs instead of the 350kwH. It's just something to keep in mind.” — Adam Abrahamson, a year ago
