After wading through the menu announcements I was put on hold for several.minutes and then my call was dropped. Utter waste of time. “Don't come here expecting a reliable charge, or even a charge at all most of the time. As of late these have been slightly more trustworthy, but rate limited to 100A @ pack voltage for nearly all charging sessions. 40kW for most drivers at $0.50 is hideously expensive. Likewise, over the past year, this station has been offline dozens of times - sometimes even for consecutive weeks of outages. Don't plan a trip relying on this charger without checking it's status on plugshare or a similar service first - the Petro-Canada app isn't a reliable source of information. Use the Supercharger if you drive a Tesla, or the nearby Co-op or FLO when they are working.... and in March 2023 both of those are 100% offline since December 2022 and no repairs in sight.” — Scott Thomas, 3 years ago
