“Construction is done and all eight stalls are open and appear to be operational! I am here on memorial day, one of the busiest charging days of the year, and no one is here charging. Four of the stalls are for 30 minute general parking, and four of the stalls are for Tesla vehicles only. One of the eight stalls is a handicapped parking spot although it is extremely far from any store and is perhaps the least convenient spot in the huge parking lot. There is no sign saying it is illegal to park there if you do not have a handicapped tag, although the paint seems to discourage it!
