“I stopped at this location this morning to refuel before returning a rental car to the airport. Unfortunately, the pump did not provide a receipt, so I attempted to go inside for assistance. The doors were locked, despite an employee clearly being inside. The employee could see me, along with three other customers trying to enter, but chose to ignore us. One of the other customers mentioned that this is a recurring issue at this location. It’s concerning that customers are unable to access assistance during business hours, especially when staff are present but not engaging.
