What drivers have written

“Despite signs saying that the the DC Fast chargers on Level 2 are pending replacement and the QR code weblet on the station claiming that the station is out of order, I was able to initiate free DCFC as of 6/20/26 This is automatically a five star rating. Between two sessions with this station as my midpoint I obtained over 50 kwh of free electricity, which would have cost $25-30 in today's EVGo or Electrify America rates” — Jun Taichang Chu, 2 months ago

“This is largest "charging lot" in the USA. Funded by your tax dollars. $12.5 million, all wasted!!! nobody using it. Yes, most level 2 that I tried works. None of the 4 Level 3 is working yet. Why is waste of money? nobody is stopping here to charge their EV. Hence, complete waste of our tax dollars. What they should have done is move it 3 mile north to the cascade mall. or the old outlet place. That would have encourage people to go to the mall and shop at the mall. It would have 1. increase mall traffic 2. increase mall revenue 3. collect more sales tax for state of WA 4. collect more income tax from businesses at Federal level 5. collect more local taxes and potentially revive the cascade mall. Cascade mall was a very busy mall 30 years ago. it is dying. It needs that revival. EV charging stations could have changed that but no, they put it in library. Who stop by library for charging? We need coffee, food, restrooms and shop for road trips supplies (toys for kids, drinks etc.) If you already sitting in the car for hours of driving. The last thing you need is sit down and read a book. We need a place to walk around (mall is perfect.) We need a place to buy coffee, go to restroom. Restock whatever we forgot for the road trips (toothbrush? shampoos? flip flops? soaps? drinks? disposable utensils? food for baby? diapers? baby supplies? senior supplies? paper towels? jackets? swim suits? Does library has any of them? NOPE. Just restrooms. That's all you get for this stop. Talk to your congressman today for such a waste and stop wasting our tax dollars and put the $ where it make more sense.” — T.J. Carter, 6 months ago

“The directions were wrong. It took us past the parking garage where the chargers were. They're in the parking garage at the southeast corner of 2nd and Kincaid” — Dan Meyer, a year ago
