What drivers have written
“Awful. Don’t waste your energy going here. Tried charge hub ev added 20 to charge. Would not work. Called their support to hear “ oh sorry sir we can’t use blink any more” it would be nice if they updated the app. Don’t use it. Seems awful. Tried just using my card on machine. That did not work. Asked the staff at dealership and was told download the blink app and it will work. I did so and it did not. Kept getting communication error and this was after being required to load another 20 bucks on their stupid app. It’s ridiculous. Let me use my credit card like at a gas station charge and go. Driving a Hyundai Ioniq 6.” — Trent Simpson, a year ago
“Outrageously expensive and difficult. $1.75 per kwh AND the physical hardware would not accept my cards or phone tap. I had to download the Blink app and sign up to pay and charge. After which it ended up being $81 for 50% of charge in my Tesla Model Y. At a supercharger that would have cost $10, literally.” — Michael M, 2 years ago
“Very slow DCFC not a very high output with a very high $/kWh” — Maria Vasquez, 2 years ago
