“I drove to this Electrify America charging station based on Google Maps information, but the station was completely shut down and unavailable. This caused a serious inconvenience for my family while traveling in an electric vehicle. EV drivers rely heavily on accurate charging station information, and having a station listed as available when it is actually offline can create major problems.
