I know ford lightnings were supper to be able to charge for free at all ford dealerships so not sure if that's why i didn't need a cc to start it. “It’s left me in a very bad spot, I was very fortunate a near by dealership that I knew had a 22kw charger allowed me to use theirs long enough for me to get home. I called support they restarted it and done several things.
