“Overall, this was a great charging station and I’d definitely use it again. The location is very convenient, right in a grocery store parking lot, so it’s easy to shop, grab a snack, or use the restroom while your vehicle is charging. Once I was able to plug in, the charging process was smooth and reliable with no issues. The station itself was clean, well-maintained, and easy to access. My only complaint is that there could definitely be more chargers. I had to wait about 20 minutes for one to become available. It wasn’t a terrible wait, especially considering how busy it was, but no one enjoys sitting around waiting to charge. Despite the wait, I had a good experience and appreciated the convenient location and dependable equipment. If Electrify America adds a few more chargers at this location, it would easily be a five-star experience. I’d absolutely stop here again on future trips.” — Stephanie Stephens, a month ago

“The Electrify app pointed me directly to this particular location, 7 mins away, tho it did not populate a charging station right w/in 500 feet of where I down loaded the Electrify app . SinceI am new to using charging stations this may or maybe be common knowledge .. 2 things that took me by surprise 1) The charge station only allowed up to an 85 % charge.. another place allowed 100% 2) The rates charged for electricity fluctuated based on the time of day from $.45 kw to I believe $1.05 per kw. There was a ‘stall’ time charge .. 🤷🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️ (what the hey)?!?! And lastly the speed of the charge slowed SIGNIFICANTLY during the last 15% of a full 85 % charged… so slow, it seemed to take nearly as long as the entire charge time!!
