What drivers have written

“I had one of the worst EV charging experiences here, and I feel people should know before depending on this station. I came all the way here with a very low battery percentage, specifically relying on this so-called EV charging station. When you’re traveling long distance on an EV, every kilometer matters, so reaching a charger with barely any charge left already creates a stressful situation. Unfortunately, things only got worse after reaching here. First, the station does not allow direct payment or easy plug-and-charge. You are forced to install their mobile application just to start charging. I had to spend time downloading the app, creating an account, verifying details, and then adding money to the wallet before even attempting to charge. Even after doing all that, the payment gateway (Razorpay) simply would not work. The payment kept failing repeatedly. I tried multiple times, checked the internet, retried the process, and still nothing worked. Imagine standing there with almost no battery left, trying to troubleshoot payment errors instead of actually charging your vehicle. What made it worse was that this charging station is located beside the airport and near the metro, which makes you expect a reliable and well-maintained facility. Places like this should ideally have the most dependable infrastructure because travelers rely on them. Unfortunately, the system here is extremely poorly implemented. There is no proper on-site assistance, no clear instructions, and no quick alternative if the app or payment system fails. You’re completely dependent on the app working, and if it doesn’t, you’re basically stuck. I ended up waiting nearly an hour just trying to figure out how to start charging, troubleshooting the payment gateway, reinstalling the app, retrying payments, and still not getting anywhere. For someone on a road trip or tight schedule, this kind of delay can completely ruin the journey. EV charging infrastructure should make life easier for EV users, but this place does the opposite. Between the complicated app process, expensive pricing, broken payment gateway, lack of support, and wasted time, the whole experience was extremely frustrating. If you are in a hurry, low on battery, or relying on this charger in an emergency, I strongly suggest avoiding this station. Do not depend on this location as your primary charging stop. Overall, this was a very disappointing and poorly managed EV charging experience, especially for a station located in such an important area.” — Prithvi Ghanta, 6 months ago
