“My review is not about wait times. It’s the fact that I paid the seven dollar a month membership fee for discounted rate rates, was unable to initiate charging by tapping the membership card and consequently paid with my credit card. When I called Electrify America to ask for an adjustment to reflect the fact that I’m a paying member they refused…simply repeating the comment “it’s a valid charge. It’s a valid charge.” I replied “Fine - it’s a valid charge… And I am a monthly paying subscription member… Please make an adjustment.” Again a complete refusal.
