“If could, I would give it ZERO stars. This charging station is NOT working. We spent more than 30minutes installing, configuring app and the it didn’t work due to some app issue. We even called customer care, which was hard to reach in first place; they had us repeat same steps that we had done 4 times already. They said, they will restart the station and we should check back in few minutes (we requested them to call us to inform when restart is completed but they insisted that we try and we call them If needed). It never worked and we wasted our time. Had loaded Rs 1000 in their app wallet, now I have to call them again to get that transferred to my bank.” — Ajay Sangale, 3 months ago
