“The charger is located in the library parking lot, which isn’t well lit, so look for the library instead at night. Four chargers total, 3 CCS and 1 CHAdeMO. I used the CHAdeMO. This charger uses the EV Electron app. I tried to use this charging station twice. The first time it wasn’t working at all and it was late, so I gave up and went to another station rather than try and start a session in a dimly-lit parking lot late at night. The second time, it was working, and I got to use it. I got the app installed quickly and signed up easily, but then my phone wouldn’t connect to the station (or the other way around). I was tipped off beforehand that this was a common issue, and someone had solved it by contacting customer support. So, I called customer support, who were able to force a charging session to start. It sounds like a common problem, so try that if the station isn’t working. I was able to get it working with some hassle, so I’m giving it a star for that. But given the below-standard conditions, excessive effort needed for it to work, and the amount of other people who also have trouble with this station, I wouldn’t plan on making this an important stop on your trip, especially if you’re traveling at night. There’s a slow charging station a few-ish miles away, so if you can’t afford to skip a charge, aim for that instead. If you’re looking to top off, you can try your luck.” — Mia Guthrie, 5 months ago
“2 Charging stations with 4 power charge cords. As others have stated several weeks ago, only one vehicle at a time can be charged here, and when doing so it's only at 130 kw. “Only one of the two charging stations was active at this location. Successful charge today BUT neither the screen nor the app worked to initiate charge. It would display an error each time I tried to start charging.
