“Was not able to charge my M3P after arriving in the dark around 6:30 pm. Tried all 4. An hour later another model 3 was plugged in but also not charging. Few hours later saw a model S charging ok. Don’t know what gives. Hotel staff kept saying they don’t control these and that they’re installed and maintained by TESLA. Called TESLA service. They said they’ll look into it. Had to go to a TESLA supercharger at midnight nearby to charge because at 5% was afraid of phantom drain bricking the car overnight. Update: Figured out the problem in the morning light. Held down the red RESET button on the side for about 5 seconds and the unit reset and started working. I reset the remaining 3 units also. Changing my review from 1 star to 4 star. Minus 1 star for neither hotel staff nor Tesla service asking me to try the reset button. But thank you Tesla for providing these free destination chargers.
