“360 rated, 280 claimed on app, my truck charges at 150kw max, its actually delivering 28kw. And they are charging 7.50 by the hour, but then somehow after 15 minutes im at $5. Awful” — Peter Bartlett, a year ago

“The charging station is very easy to find. However when you arrive you will have to scan the first QR Code to download the app. Complete the registration process and add your payment method. You'll then have to scan the second QR Code and it will either prompt and charge automatically. Or, you'll choose the number on the charging unit you choose to connect to your car in the app from your phone. Upon charging there's a $25 dollar hold. Also, the charger starts out with the highest kwh and drops as it charges. When I got on it was pretty low like 19%. The car was receiving 83kwh when it got to 30% it dropped to 73kwh and so on. This is my first experience with an EV so I'm not sure if that's normal or how it actually works. It has the pricing as $7.50 for hour but charged me the entire $25 they placed on hold. It also states that it's providing kwh at 0.45 rate. It's kind of confusing. Overall it's still pretty fast. I don't hate it but don't necessarily love it either.” — Sophia Hutcherson, a year ago
