Would have given this a 3.5 bc the first charger I used did not work, but a very helpful and knowledgeable young man named Calvin did everything he could to get me charged, then we went to a different charger, and in no time I was charging at 180KW! “The chargers themselves are fine - just like any other chargers. But Shell tried to do too much with their App. When you go to Electrify America or other apps, its just a click of a button - but most people never charge with Shell so its annoying to go thru the steps. When you only have a handful of chargers around, absolutely no need to make this app and thus creating multiple steps.
