“Confirmed that this station has two spots but one of them is marked handicapped only. Made my first attempt at this station today and it stopped functioning after a few minutes. Called customer support and they restarted the station, but it failed to deliver any charging and the session stopped after a few minutes again and I gave up and left. I spend more time on the phone with ChargePoint service because of their faulty charging stations in the region than I get actual working charging station service over the past few months. Luckily have a plug in hybrid otherwise I’d be stranded most of the time. The folks on the phone in India are super nice and always try to fix the problem, but they can’t work miracles. There is only one publicly-accessible dual-port J-1772 Chargepoint unit here (the other one is in the residents-only garage).
