“TERRIBLE experience. 1. Have to download app. Ok. Ask for WAY too much info. Should be simpler. Like Scan and tap cc. 2. Charges 0.50c just to start charging!!! then A more reasonable 44c a kWh. Ok 3. 3 out of 4 chargers say “in use”. Nobody here. 4. Finally the one remaining charger works but slow but consistent with j1772 level 2. 5. Customer support is some shady out of country person who has ZERO clue. Couldn’t find chargers. Then couldn’t see what’s wrong. Then said owners have to take care of then couldn’t tell me who owns it. The hotel? Envirospark? Monta? Way too shady. @@@UPDATE@@@ Hotel says they do NOT own it. Wish they would have went with the traditional Tesla chargers. NEVER had an issue there. And now all new EVs come with a Tesla charger port anyway so why not use the leader in the industry!
