“REGGIE LOCKED ME IN! Was able to briefly get 60KW, well below the advertised 200KW. Left to go to use a different station, and the charger was physical stuck in my vehicle. After about 15 minutes wrangling with it, trying every possible angle, push/pull/tension/loose/lock/unlock, I called support and did the same thing again. Visible wear on the charger button, where I can assume other users had had the same issue in the past (so I'd be surprised if they hadn't had issues before). "Emergency" Support was sent (2 hour ETA), but I figured out my manual release on my vehicle before that. Did I mention it was raining? Not even an attempt to offer me a charge credit or something for goodwill, for stranding me to their equipment. Poorly taken care of station in general....chargers were laying on the ground when I pulled up, some plastic parts of holsters had broken off, it had seen better days.” — David Komasara, a month ago

“Hands down has to be one of the worst charging station. Only works sometimes. Sometimes you have to try many different ways for it to turn: the app, evgo card, or credit card. Not even customer service can get this station to turn on. I can’t believe I got this charger to work today. I only stopped by because I was driving by. “Decent speed . Everything else sucks. One is always going down . They take forever to fix when it does . They gave this location a 45 minute max session time because location has such a high volume of traffic but people do not care ! After 45 minutes , the charger will automatically shut off and your session is over , people will literally sit there and just replug in the charger like they don’t see 5,6,7 other cars waiting on this one charger .
