“There is no credit card reader: you have to use the app or scan a QR code with your phone to pay through their website. It took several attempts to charge, and they called me out of the blue to troubleshoot with me. Basically, I had to enter my info on their website 4x and plug in and out of every charger. The rep on the phone was very polite. The second charging station read 'out of order' after I plugged in and still is as I write this. Actual charge speed is about 168kW without anyone else charging. Also, this is located near a rear entrance to the hotel, so you're breathing cigarette smoke most of the time you're parked here.” — William Steele, 2 months ago
