“Terrible experience! After downloading the app and trying for 20min to get the app to work, it just kept erroring out. It also puts a $75 dollar hold on my credit card. “I was expecting a 50 kW charge rate because of the Google search result. The required Shell app shows the stations are 9.60 kW, and the actual rate to my 2020 Chevy Bolt was 6.47 kW. The stations are well kept and mine worked well. There was no cost, apparently Tanger pays for the energy. There are seven stations and although only one was in use when I got there, five of the six idle stations were grayed out in the app. So, if you shop for an hour, you get about 20-25 free miles. If you are on the road, I think you are charging somewhere else. Why were five idle stations unavailable? Was it a status glitch, or were they down? The terms CCS and J1772 seem interchangeable.
