“None of the chargers would work on the app. Plug it in use credit card, it accepts the credit card and puts a hold on it. “I could not get the fast charger to work... At first. Tried different cards, downloaded the app, but it wouldn't switch on UNTIL I used the level 2 for awhile, then went back to the level 3. Talked to customer service and apparently my battery was too low (25%) and/or cold (30°F... Just below freezing). I also had to turn the car off before it would charge.
