The units directed users to Chargepoint support, who subsequently indicated that the issue falls under the owner's purview and is beyond their control or resolution capabilities. “Tried both chargers multiple times. One worked for a short time and then stopped. They did not show up on the ChargePoint app. One credit card reader didn’t work at all and the other wouldn’t start the charger. The one time it did work I plugged in and it just started charging….
