“Big Y is the Absolute BEST SUPER MARKET in Norwich. I am a disabled, elderly widow and have trouble walking. I use 2 canes and walk with pain. I pulled into an handicapped parking place and a young man cart attendant saw me getting out of my car and saw my great difficulty, so he asked if he could get me a motorized riding shopping cart. I said YES! Thank you. He went in and got one for me. I got more help inside when another staff offered to get something from a high shelf. The selections were great, the prices good, quality excellent. Check out was done by a nice, cheerful, and caring woman cashier, another example their outstanding and understanding staff. I was aided yet again when the nice young man, bagged my groceries then assisted me by loading my groceries in the basket, then walked me to my car, then loaded the groceries into my car then took the motorized cart back inside.
