“This charge station and the associated app didn't seem to be linked together. The app wouldn't recognize the QR code and station code. I had a similar issue with a different brand municipal station in hamilton, NY only to realize the chargepoint app seems to be better than some of the native apps. I opened the chargepoint app and boom, it came right up and I was able to start charging. The rate of charging is pretty fast for this area, 9.5ish kw. Most other chargers are 5-7kw. The price, at .53 cents per kWh, is a touch high but not outrageous compared to evgo and electrify america. This is the closest charger to my property and 8 was apprehensive about using them because they're in a country club parking lot that I'm not a member of.
