“Nearly daily visitor here. Easy access and spacious location. There's almost always a charger available since there are 8 actual stations here (not 4 stations with 2 plugs each but you can't use them simultaneously, like many EA installations around here). And ALMOST always, they work great. 7 are 350kW CCS only, but I get about the same speed from the 150kW charger at the end (but I try to "LEAF" it open for the Nissans, as it's the only one with Chademo.)(Sorry, couldn't resist) It's a balanced installation so if there's a full house you might get a limited rate but I've only observed a limitation once lately. “As of 12/3/2022 these charging stations have been offline for a week and as of yet, not back online. They are being upgraded to what appear to be newer ones, however, the only option for anyone using electrify America is to go to Napa or Petaluma. I reached out to the company when this work started to understand what was going on and when they make be back online, but- crickets. As an EV Electrify America user, I got no heads up that the only charging station in this area was offline and would be for at least a week. What a terrible advertisement for EV Update- the work was completed after about 3 and a half weeks. No notices or outreaches on the closure or when it would open.
