“Onroute Odessa DC chargers were not working. None of them. I tried to call the hotline but it is also not available. This was frustrating to all of us that pulled in and had to then keep looking. Not only was this station out of my way (I had to return on 401), I had to backtrack on my trip. Lost over an hour. Simple question: is it possible to remove visibility of unavailable chargers? That way we don’t get misguided by our software. I suggest to form a task force team to troubleshoot the chargers as these situations could lead to loss of customers.
