“One of the two Fast Charging units was completely down for maintenance (Jermaine). The other, the dual charger (CCS) charger was out of order, though the app didn't reflect that, so it was a waste of a trip. Luckily, Electrify America has a bank of chargers in the same parking lot, so they got my $$ instead. EvGo is consistently unreliable. I'd recommend looking into other companies. “2 out of 3 chargers are broken and have been since October. The remaining charger is not a dual charger, and unless you know what a dual charger looks like on the app, it is not clear that it is not a dual charger. I have had several charges cancelled by people plugging the non-ChaDEMO [CCS?] into their car, which is unfortunate because I need to charge from 0% up to 80% multiple times a week. Chargers also end charge if they detect that your bank account is less than $50, but take out a $5 fee [which is later refunded] at the beginning of each charge, and if you have to restart your charge multiple times due to charger error or people ending your charge trying to start theirs, it can leave you in a pickle.
