“Clean, quiet charging location with a large number of chargers so less likelihood of having to wait for one. This is my first experience charging my Audi Q6 Etron at a Tesla charger with a NACS to CCS adaptor. Unlike other non Tesla chargers I've used which request that you connect the charging cable first and then start the charge via the app, with the Tesla charging app, you must select the charging post number first in the app and press "start charging" first before connecting the cable, otherwise I was getting a charging error. I think this was because, connecting the cable first, results in the station being shown as occupied and therefore, unable to start the charge. The app described this as an incompatibility issue, which isn't the case because I was able to charge after 20 minutes of frustration. Unfortunately, scanning the instruction QR code on the post left out describing this sequence.” — Scott Stevenson, 3 months ago
