“The confirmation screen flashing an error right after I plugged in soured the whole thing for me. I had to stand there for a solid five minutes waiting for some unknown glitch to clear before it finally started charging. Car was at 15 percent and it juiced up to 80 in about 35 minutes during a non-peak time, which I can't complain about any fast charger for. Staff on hand when I went inside the station store were nice but they said they cant do anything about the software issues sometimes it glitches liek that. Woudl be great if they just kept those spots clean so your cable isnt dragging in dirt or water all the time.
