“The touch screen to move the charging forward is very very un-responsive. I needed to clean the screen and then be fairly forcibly to move the screen forward. I did get it to work but the order of plug in, wait to pay, ok didn’t work. So heads on this unit. It also charged my car for about 5 minutes, then errored out. I was able to come back and get it to work again but it was a bit of a time sink.
