“The chargers at this location are in rough shape. Charger 2 is completely down (screen off, no lights up top). Charger 1 was thankfully working, but pulling in I wasn't sure since all of the cable management hardware was broken and the cable was just laying on the ground. Thankfully the cable worked fine, but had this connector be broken, I would have been waiting for the 1 and only working connector that was occupied when I arrived. As a GM EV owner, GM Energy and EVgo should be ashamed of how this equipment is being maintained. Folks are relying on these chargers. Could you imagine if there was only 1 working gas pump at a gas station? People would lose their minds. These companies need to do better.” — Sean Waldron, 4 months ago

“Four connectors on two stands. Far right stand completely unfunctioning (red light at top is easy to miss) and the left stand initially worked but quit on me after only 3%. Reauthorized (after the card reader failed twice) and had to reconnect cable again (they are garbage) but finally got a successful charge session after wasting 15 minutes. Hint: these are now branded GM Energy but are run by EVgo which is hot garbage as I have found over the years. Don't stop here for charging.” — Sam Rothermel, 5 months ago

“Came here to charge on a Thursday afternoon. The charging station was easy to find and had open spots. There are 2 charging units, with 2 chargers each - which adds up to a total of 4 chargers. The chargers go up to 350 kilowatts. These chargers work well and charge very fast. Using the chargers is very simple, and does not require an app. You can simply pay by card at the charger. There is a Pilot Travel Center with a McDonald’s beside it. Overall, this is a great charging station with high charging speeds.” — Nik, 2 years ago
