“You have to go to street level to activate the charger as there is no signal, so take a picture of the charging station with the serial number, so you know which one to activate in the Flo app. There are 15 chargers, and I never had an issue getting a charge here. It is just a pain to go up the elevator to activate each time. If you have a Flo card you shouldn't have to do this.” — Dave C, 9 months ago
