“It's always in use during business hours - 8am to 5pm - because the employees at Water Management use it. It has saved me a couple of times, though, before we got our home fast charger. The plugs are in excellent shape and have always worked for me with zero issues. The only drawback is there's nothing else in the area. It's just the parking lot for water management, so you will be sitting in your car waiting while charging unless you have someone else to give you a ride. A good thing is that the parking lot is well lit and seems safe to sit with your car or to leave it overnight if you need to. I would pick it up before employees start arriving, though. “Make sure if you use Google maps to drive to this facility then you search by water management office. If you lookup the charge point or plugshare app address it will direct you to enter from the airport side's entrance which may be closed after hours.
