“Easy to locate and connect — the Relux station near Thoppur toll plaza is conveniently placed right off the highway, making it accessible for EV drivers passing through. However, the experience was underwhelming. Despite being marked as an 80kW fast charger, the output was painfully slow — delivering just 2kWh in 10 minutes, which works out to around 12kW speed. This defeats the purpose of a “fast” charger, especially for long-distance travelers relying on efficiency. Tried reaching customer service, but unfortunately, no one responded. That lack of support during a charging issue is a serious concern.
