“Two stations here are completely broken. One has a smashed screen, and the other constantly shows “connected to another vehicle,” so neither can actually be used. Then the app wants you to go through a multi-step process to report the problem — apparently drivers are expected to do the maintenance reporting too. No thanks. The only thing this location has going for it is that it’s close to the museum and restaurants, but the chargers themselves clearly aren’t being maintained. “I had a very pleasant charging experience here at the Palm Springs Art Museum. There was one station out of service. But plenty of others open. The cost was reasonable.
