“I do not know what is going on with this EV Connect station, but I have had at least 4 incidents in the past 3 months where I could not charge my car. The first time, I was told to reinstall the app. Well, that was not the problem, but every time I call, they repeat that trouble-shoot. The second time I called, they claimed the station was not working. I found out that was incorrect. Today, I was told that I need a FOB. Then I was told "it looks like you have a FOB associated with your account (the last few charges, I was logging on as a guest). So I logged onto my account, and now the message is an error with the station. Bottom line, I am giving up on this station :-(” — Laurie Cook, 8 years ago
