“Mixed experience here. The entrance to the garage is pretty narrow and easy to miss. First charge attempt was successful using a borrowed level 2 NACS->J1772 adapter from the owner. 9kW ish. $5/h, or if you stay at the hotel, it's included for no additional charge. As a non-hotel-guest you go to the hotel front desk and ask them to turn it on. Lori was very friendly and helpful! On the second charge attempt at 9am on another day however, I discovered that no one staffs the hotel front desk except between 4-9pm. I called the number listed at the desk several times and left a voicemail but didn't get a call back until 12h later. Other hotel staff and guests confirmed that generally no one is on site to manage this until "much later in the day". Honestly this would have been fine if I'd known ahead of time but since we didn't, that was really inconvenient. Also she only has one adapter so if you need one, bring your own to be safe. “Hard to follow Google or tesla directions. From back of building looks like an auto repair small shop, but no its like a metal tunnel building.
