“It's a decent charging station. Usually just about all of the chargers are in service. Unfortunately it suffers from the same issue as many stations do. Nearly always full. And since it's at a large mall there is almost always a wait with people plugging in and going shopping for an hour or more. Update... It's been a little while since I stopped here, and I stopped by this morning. Completely different experience. Every charger was new and working, and they were all 350 KW. I plugged in, got terrific speeds, no wait... Very happy. As always, note that this is in a major shopping mall, so expect wait times during peak shopping Best bet is to go off hours and check the app for occupancy. And maybe bring a book. “Charger are throttled if you have a plan and speeds only come up when your close to your time limit to bait you into charging beyond the 30 minutes and pay. Doesnt matter what your car's charge state is. It based on your plan's rume limit. Charging stations are chronically broken. Really a terrible company that should not be in any sort of business.
