“I used this charging station at 650 From Road in Paramus, NJ, yesterday. When I arrived, I was pleasantly surprised to see EV charging stations, about 6-8, next to one another. It took me a while to get the system to work as I couldn't register for the app, so I used the guest functionality instead. These stations don't have clear instructions, although the support sent me a very kind email saying, “ We understand that you do not use the stations frequently and that such mistakes can happen. However, the pricing are clearly displayed on the station's screen and on the home page, just above the button to activate it, whether through the application or the webshatite” Now, I hdon know about the rest of EV users but a screen that is smaller than a 2” wide by 6” long is not a screen I would not consider user friendly, nor would an EV user sign in to their website using their smartphone to read attorney scripted small font printed rules, regulations and pricing. I did not request a full refund and accepted my responsibility only to get a scripted response that I should have known better, and that they could not do anything about the $15 per hour charge for over 5 hours. So $5.25 worth of EV charge ended up costing me $89.55… so I will unfortunately be giving FLO the 👎… I don't recommend these chargers; I certainly don't recommend the company’s customer service; being in customer service myself, I would certainly have tried a different path of service recovery (and I don't mean full reimbursement ) … I will take pictures of these charging stations and post after I post this. Sorry FLO but I will NEVER recommend any of your charging stations to any of my friends and family. Enjoy the one time $85 you were able to get from my naivety.” — Mehmet, 2 years ago

“The charge for this station was not clearly posted anywhere. I plugged it in and left it for 12 hours overnight to charge because it is super slow and the price was 145.00!!! So it turns out they charge by the actual hour, not by the kilowatt hour. The cost is $1.75 per hour for the first 3 and then $15 per hour after that. What a ripoff!!
